Product overview

IHF-D fluorine plastic alloy centrifugal pump IHF centrifugal pump derived products, is to meet the performance requirements of IHF centrifugal pump at the same time by the work site and the development of the product. According to international standards and combined with non-metallic pump process design and manufacturing. The pump body is made of metal shell lined with polytetrafluoroethylene ethylene propylene (F46/PFA), and the pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are all sintered and pressed with metal inserts wrapped with fluoroplastic, which integrates the advantages of various plastic pumps. It has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, good wear resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, no toxin decomposition, stable operation, advanced and reasonable structure, reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, and long service life. The shaft seal can be equipped with external single-end mechanical seal and container-type double-end mechanical seal. The sealing surface of the mill can be selected: silicon carbide, pressureless sintered silicon carbide, ceramic, tetrafluoro, hard alloy and other materials to meet the requirements of conveying various media. Suitable for -20 ℃ ~ 150 ℃ under the condition of conveying any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent, reducing agent and other harsh conditions of strong corrosive medium. Products are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, acid making, alkali making, smelting, rare earth, pesticide, dye, medicine, electroplating, electrolysis, pickling, radio, chemical foil, scientific research institutions, national defense industry and other production processes to transport corrosive liquids.
